DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will close out 2012 with its final out-of-conference matchup when it travels to Bartlesville, Okla., to face Oklahoma Wesleyan on Dec. 31 at 2:30 p.m.
The Savage Storm come into the contest at 2-7 following a loss to St. Mary's in the home fall finale.
SE is paced on the season by
Bailey Welch and
Ronay English who are each averaging in double figures.
Welch is atop the average with 13.0 ppg to go with 3.1 rebounds per outing and 2.7 assists.
English it turning in 10.6 ppg along with 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per contest.
Haley Schaefer leads the way on the glass for the Storm with 5.1 rebounds per game and is just shy of the double-digit scoring mark with 9.3 points per game.
Taylor Richards tops the team in assists with 3.8 apg and is also pitching in 5.7 ppg and 4.4 rpg.
Oklahoma Wesleyan comes into the contest at 9-3 on the season and in the midst of a three-game winning streak.
