Eligibility Rules:  To be eligible for membership in the Athletic Hall of Fame a person must meet at least one of the following requirements:

1. She/he must have been an athlete at Southeastern, and be five years removed from his/her playing career.  As such, his /her playing career may have extended beyond college to AAU, professional, or international level competition.  If so, these after college experiences should be considered.
2. She/he must be a former or current coach at Southeastern whose record is sufficiently outstanding as to bring widespread recognition to herself/himself and the university.
3. She/he must have been a Southeastern Letterman whose coaching record outside the university brought her/him widespread recognition as a great athletic coach.
4. She/he must have provided exceptional service to the Department of Athletics/student-athletes.
