DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will look to extend its season opening winning streak to three-straight on Monday when it opens the home portion of its schedule at 5:30 p.m. against Arlington Baptist in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

The Savage Storm enter the home opener 2-0 after road wins over former conference rivals Central Oklahoma and Northeastern State as part of the MIAA/GAC Challenge in Tahlequah, Okla.

SE opened with a 69-66 come-from-behind victory over UCO and finished the trip with a 59-54 win over NSU on their home court.

Emily Williams led the Storm on the weekend and was the only player to average double-figures over the two games, finishing the weekend at 16.5 ppg, while also adding 8.5 rebounds per contest and 2.0 blocked shots per game.

Cheree Kiser and
Kaylie Baxter each added 9.5 ppg, while Baster led the team in rebounding with 10.0 rpg.

Southeastern held a 43.0-to-39.5 edge on the glass with five players averaging four or more rebounds per game.

Monday's game will be the season opener for Arlington Baptist which is coming off a second place finish in last season's NCCAA National Tournament
