SE Set for Matchup with DI Tulsa

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will face its fourth Division I opponent of 2014 and its first of the regular season when it makes the trek north across the state to take on Tulsa at 7 p.m. on Dec. 10 in Tulsa, Okla.
 
The Savage Storm come into the game at 4-6 on the season, but are coming off their first Great American Conference win and have won three of their last four outings.
 
SE shot 62.5 percent from the field and 50 percent from three point range en route to its 74-58 win over Southern Nazarene .
 
Taylor Smaller turned in his second 20-point scoring outing of the season, finishing one shy of his season-best with 24 on 8-of-9 shooting and 2-of-2 from three.
 
Sami Bzai joined him in double-figures with 13, while Danny Powell added 12 and Darius Harris chipped in 10.
 
Powell leads the team in scoring on the year with 16.5 ppg, while Bzai is next up at 13.1 and Smaller is right behind that at 12.9 per outing.
 
Darius Harris leads the team in rebounds with 9.1 per contest as the Storm hold a 40.3-to-36.4 rpg edge.
 
Smaller leads the team in assists with 3.3 per game.
 
TU enters the mid-week game with a 5-3 record on the season and have won two-straight.
 
The Golden Hurricane are paced on offense by James Woodard who is scoring 15.5 ppg, while Shaquille Harrison and Marquel Curtis are each over nine ppg.
