DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern's offense came around late in both ends of Friday's double-header against Arkansas-Monticello, but unfortunately it was a little late on both accounts as the Savage Storm fell 5-1 in the opener and 6-5 in game two at the Southeastern Softball Field.

Emily Cudd from second to make it 6-2.
Â
Shomo followed a batter later with an RBI single and would score from first a batter later when
Kennedy Salyers doubled to right-center, cutting the deficit to 6-5.
Â
A pair of seventh inning singles would leave the tying run on second, but SE was unable to bring her home in the 6-5 loss.
