SE Returns Home to Host TAMUC

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will look to bounce back from its first loss of the year when it hosts Texas A&M-Commerce at 2 p.m. on Nov. 25 in Bloomer Sullivan Arena to close out Thanksgiving Break.
 
The Savage Storm enter the contest with a 1-1 record on the year, suffering a 71-56 road loss at Pittsburg State after opening the season with a blowout victory over Dallas Christian, 98-25.
 
SE is averaging 77.0 ppg on the young season while holding opponents to 48.0 ppg.
 
As a team the Storm is also outrebounding opponents 46.0-to-41.5, while dishing out an average of 17.0 assists per contest.
 
Katie Webb has turned in a pair of 20-point outings and is tied for the league lead in scoring with 21.0 ppg while shooting 64.0 percent from the floor and 40.0 percent from behind the arc.  She is also pulling down 0.0 rebounds per outing while dishing out 4.0 assists per contest, 3.0 steals, and 1.0 block.
 
Briley Moon is adding double digits off the bench at 10.5 ppg, while Katie Branam is turning in 10.0 per game.
 
The Lions come to town with a 2-3 mark on the year and averaging 63.6 ppg while allowing foes to score 70.2 per contest.
 
TAMUC is led by Chania Wright who is averaging 11.8 ppg, while Ekaterina Zhibareva and Princess Davis are both averaging double-figures.
 
Zhibareva is the team's leading rebounder with 5.8 rpg, while Davis is dishing out a team-high 3.2 assists per outing.
