During this time of Shelter-In-Place and Work-From-Home it has been advised that people check in on friends to see how they are doing, so we decided to take that advice to hear and created an ongoing series of checking in with friends of Southeastern Athletics as we ask them about their time here, what they are doing now, and how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected them.
In our second installment of SE Checks in we talk to Savage Storm women's basketball standout Ashley Tucker.
Tucker was a member of head coach
Darin Grover's first team in the 2005-06 season and played four seasons, culminating in the first NCAA regional berth under Grover during her senior season in 2008-09.
Following her playing days, Tucker moved into a career in nursing and has seen the effects of the pandemic and its response on the medical community.
