Storm Ready for NWOSU, SNU Weekend

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern sets out on a two-game road then home swing beginning Feb. 11 when it travels to Alva, Okla., to take on Northwestern Oklahoma State on Feb. 11 with an adjusted game time of 6:30 p.m., before returning home for a Feb. 13 matchup with Southern Nazarene at 4 p.m.
 
The Savage Storm are coming off a win over rival East Central which moved their record to 5-7 on the season in Great American Conference Western Division play.
 
No Southeastern fans will be permitted at the game on the road versus NWOSU.
 
Also, Saturday's home contest will NOT be open to the general public, and instead will be in accordance with the Great American Conference's policy regarding attendance which allows for a limited guest list for student-athletes and full time coaches. This policy allows a set number of four guests per athlete or coach and is limited to the home team only.
 
Guests on the pass list will be required to show an ID as well as wear a mask and practice social distancing while in attendance.
 
The radio call of both games will be available to SE fans on the Southeastern Sports Network over the air and online, piloted by Jay Lindly from Mix 96.1.
 
Those broadcast will be available on the following stations in the area: 96.1 FM, KZRC in Durant, Okla., 102.1 FM, KHKC in Atoka, Okla., 107.5 FM, KZIG in Atoka, Okla., 94.7 FM, KYHD in Valliant, Okla., and 99.5 FM, KZDV in Rattan, Okla.

Adam Dworsky heads into the weekend leading the Savage Storm across the board statistically, posting 17.2 ppg while grabbing 6.1 rpg and dishing out 7.1 assists per outing.
 
Three others average in double-figures with Bobby Johnson putting up 12.0 ppg, while Vadim Clanet is adding 11.9 and Kellen Manek is chipping in 11.5.
 
The Rangers come into the contest with a 2-6 record and are led by Parrish Hewitt's 14.0 ppg offensively, while Bubba Furlong is pulling down a team-best 9.8 rpg. Deon Barret leads the team in assists with 5.7 assists per outing.
 
The Crimson Storm head into the weekend with a 6-6 record on the year and are paced by Adokiye Iyaye who is putting up 18.3 ppg, while Maik Bouwer's 7.8 rpg leads the team on the boards and Morris Wilson's 3.6 assists per game fuels the SNU offense.
