DURANT, Okla. – After earning a first-round bye as the No. 2 seed in the Great American Conference's Western Division, Southeastern will open postseason play on March 3 when it hosts Harding at 5:30 p.m. in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

The Savage Storm head into the contest with an 11-7 record and riding a three-game winning streak, including a regular-season-ending win over Southern Nazarene to earnt he opening round bye.

Wednesday will also be the first women's basketball postseason game hosted in Bloomer Sullivan Arena, with the last postseason meeting hosted by Southeastern was Feb. 26, 2002 against West Texas A&M in Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium.

SE comes into the matchup Wednesday led by a pair of first team All-GAC selections in
Kamryn Cantwell and
Briley Moon.

Cantwell leads the team in scoring with 16.7 ppg, while Moon is right behind with 15.8 per outing.

Katie Branam is also averaging in double-digits with 12.2 per game.

Cantwell's 7.6 rebounds per game also lead the way, while her 3.1 assists per contest is a team-best as well.

HU enters Wednesday's matchup with a 7-7 record as the East Division No. 3 seed off a 90-61 win over Arkansas-Monticello on Monday night.

The Bisons are led on the season by Sage Hawley who is putting up 14.3 ppg, while Carissa Caples is right behind with 14.1 per game.

Hawley and Kellie Lampo lead the team on the boards with 7.8 and 7.9 rpg, respectively.
