SE Women Open Home Slate vs SAGU

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern is set to open the home portion of its schedule on Nov. 14 when it welcomes Southwest Assemblies of God to Bloomer Sullivan Arena for a 5:30 p.m. contest.
 
The Savage Storm started the season with a 1-1 record at the Central Region Challenge in St. Joseph's, Mo., including picking up a thrilling double-overtime victory over Winona State by a final score of 75-74.
 
Caitlin Kobiske is off to a strong start and leads the team with 17.0 points per game and is nearly averaging a double-double with 9.5 rebounds per contest.
 
Lauren Beason is next in line offensively with 10.5 ppg while shooting 62.5% beyond the arc and pulling down 5.5 rebounds per game.
 
Ashton Hackler is just shy of double figures with 9.5 ppg, including 17 points in SE's win over WSU.
 
Holli Lindley leads the team in rebounds with 11.0 and had a season high in last matchup against Winona State with 13 rebounds.
 
Aimee Alverson paces the team with eight assists on the season, handing out six in Saturday's victory Winona State.
 
Southwest Assemblies of God comes into Bloomer Sullivan Arena with a record of 1-0 with a win over Oklahoma Wesleyan.    
 
The Lion offense is led by Rylee Lavender who posted 18 points and six assists in the team's win, while Agar Farres Garcia hauled in a team-best 12 rebounds.
