SE Hosts Mustangs on Saturday Afternoon

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will be back in Bloomer Sullivan Arena to welcome a former Lone Star Conference rival when it hosts Midwestern State on Nov. 18 at 1 p.m.
 
The Savage Storm have won their last two outings to improve to 2-1 on the season heading into Saturday's contest.
 
Caitlin Kobiske leads the SE offense with 14.7 points per game on the year, earning many of her points the hard way as she is shooting 85.7 percent from the free throw line, hitting 24-of-28 attempts there.
 
She is just shy of averaging a double-double with 9.0 rebounds per game while adding a team-high 2.3 teals per contest.
 
Lauren Beason is next in line offensively with 12.3 points per game and is coming off her best game of the season versus Southwestern Assemblies of God where she dropped 16 points and hit four threes.
 
Ashton Hackler is next in line and is close to double figures at 8.0 points per game, Holli Lindley leads the team in rebounds with 9.3 per game.
 
Aimee Alverson leads the team with 2.7 assists, while the team as a whole is handing out 10.0 per game.
 
Midwestern State steps into Saturday's contest with a record of 0-2 with losses to Colorado-Colorado Springs and Adams State.
 
Zarria Carter leads the team in points per game with 21.5, while also leading the team in rebounds per contest with 16.5.
 
Kertisa Amos is next in line offensively with 19.0 ppg, while adding four assists and six steals over two games.
