Storm Men Set for Walk On's Thanksgiving Classic

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will shake off Thanksgiving dinner quickly when it treks into Western Texas for a pair of games in the Walk Ons Thanksgiving Classic in Odessa, Texas, first taking on Lubbock Christian at 2 p.m. on Nov. 24 followed by a Nov. 25 matchup with Texas-Permian Basin at 4 p.m.
 
The Savage Storm head into the weekend at 3-3 on the season after picking up a pair of wins last week at home.
 
SE is averaging 93.3 points per game as a team, with a foursome of double-digit scores.
 
That group is led by Kody Clouet who is hitting 58.9 percent overall from the field and 51.4 percent from beyond the arc while averaging 21.8 ppg.
 
Brennen Burns is next in line with 15.8 ppg while shooting 52.9 percent from the floor.
 
Jett Sternberger follows with 13.5 ppg while hitting more than two threes per outing, while Kyle Leslie rounds out the foursome with 11.3 ppg.
 
Burns is handing out 5.7 assists per game while SE is handing out 16.3 apg as a team.
 
Clouet paces the club on the boards with 6.7 rebounds per outing.
 
LCU comes into the weekend with a 3-2 record on the year and are led by Tiras Morton who is putting up 16.8 ppg and pulling down 8.0 rebounds per game.
 
UTPB enters play with a 2-1 record on the year with Zy Wright putting up 16.7 ppg on offense while Lathaniel Bastion grabbing a team-best 10.3 rebounds per game.
