DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern heads into its final back-to-back road series looking to play itself into contention for a conference tournament berth, first taking on Henderson State at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 16 before taking on Ouachita Baptist at 1 p.m. on Feb. 18. Both games will be played in Arkadelphia, Ark.
 
The Savage Storm had put together a three-game winning streak before falling on Monday night, moving the team's record to 7-16 overall and 5-13 in Great American Conference play.
 
SE enters the final two weekend of the season in a heated group of teams fighting for a spot in the top eight in the standings to advance to the postseason, with the Storm currently two games behind sixth place with four games to play.
 
Over the last five games 
Caitlin Kobiske has expanded her game, averaging 23.2 ppg over that span, including a back-to-back effort last week which averaged 40.5 ppg and earned her GAC and National Player of the Week honors.
 
Briley Moon has continued to add double-digit outings and is averaging 11.2 ppg over the last five.
 
Grace Alverson is turning in 7.2 and 
Maci Bookout is adding 7.0 ppg over that same span.
 
HSU enters Thursday night's matchup with a 14-10 record overall and an 11-7 mark in GAC play.
 
The Reddies are eld by Ashley Farrar who is putting up 19.0 ppg, while Abbie Jiles is grabbing a team-best 6.2 rebounds per contest.
 
OBU comes into the weekend with a 10-12 record overall and a 67-11 mark in league play and is one of the teams the Storm are chasing to reach a postseason bid.
 
The Tigers are led by Laney Mears who is putting up 14.2 ppg while Grayson Fairless is pulling down 6.3 rebounds per game to pace the squad.
