Storm Men Set for OBU Home Game, NWOSU Road Trip

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern heads into the final week of the regular season looking to solidify its postseason positioning as it first hosts Oklahoma Baptist for senior day at Bloomer Sullivan Arena on Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m. before traveling to Alva, Okla., on Feb. 25 for the season finale versus Northwestern Oklahoma State at 3 p.m.
 
The Savage Storm come in with a 16-9 record overall and a 13-7 mark in Great American Conference play and will be celebrating just one senior on Thursday as it will be the final home game for Al Ervin.
 
SE looks to maintain its committee approach to scoring as four players are averaging in double figures, led by Jett Sternberger who is putting up 16.9 ppg.
 
Brennen Burns is next in line with 15.0 ppg and is shooting 52.7 percent form the floor while dishing out a team-best 4.7 assists per game.
 
Kody Clouet and Kyle Leslie are next in line with 11.7 and 11.1 ppg, respectively, while Landon Condiff is just shy of the double-digit mark with 9.2 per outing.
 
Leslie leads the team on the boards with 6.5 rpg, while Clouet is next up at 5.1 rpg.
 
OBU comes into Thursday night's matchup with a 13-13 record overall on the year and a 10-10 mark in league play.
 
The Bison are led by Paul King who is putting up 16.1 ppg, while DJ Freeman is pulling down a team-leading 6.4 rebounds per game.
 
NWOSU heads into the weekend with an 11-13 record overall and a 7-13 mark in GAC play.
 
The Rangers are led by Malik Parsons who is putting up 23.9 ppg on the year, while Shavaul Butters is grabbing a team-best 6.1 rebounds per game.
