DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will set out to extend its current winning streak and climb in the conference standings when it opens a three-game homestand beginning on Feb. 9 with a 7:30 p.m. matchup against Southern Arkansas at Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

Thursday's matchup is followed by a 3 p.m. contest on Feb. 11 versus Arkansas-Monticello before closing out the homestand on Monday, Feb. 13 with a 7:30 p.m. matchup against rival East Central.

Thursday night will be Chamber Night, honoring the Durant area Chamber of Commerce, and will also feature a presentation to Choctaw Nation Chief Gary Batton.

The Savage Storm are currently riding a six-game winning streak, second longest active streak in the conference, and can propel itself into second place in the league standings with a win in the opening contest of the homestand.

SE is led by reigning Great American Conference Player of the Week
Kyle Leslie who has score double-figures in each of the last three outings, putting up 29-or-more points in two of those three, lofting his season average to 11.6 ppg.

Jett Sternberger continues to pace the team for the year with 18.4 ppg, while
Brennen Burns is next in line with 14.8 ppg.

Kody Clouet is matched with Leslie at 11.6 ppg on the year with
Landon Condiff adding 10.3 ppg off the bench.

SAU comes into Thursday's meeting with a 16-5 record overall and a 12-3 mark in GAC play.
