Storm Men Return Home to Face ATU, HU

DURANT, Okla. – Following back-to-back road weekends, Southeastern is set to return home to open a busy February when it hosts Arkansas tech at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 1 in Bloomer Sullivan Arena, followed by a 3 p.m. matchup with Harding on Feb. 3.
 
The Savage Storm come into the weekend on a three-game winning streak, lifting its record to 13-7 overall on the year and 9-3 in Great American Conference play, just one game behind its Thursday-night opponent ATU.
 
Kody Clouet leads the league's top scoring offense, putting up 18.6 ppg which ranks fourth in the league while ranking in the top 10 in field goal, three-point, and free throw shooting percentages.
 
Brennen Burns is next in line with 15.7 ppg while shooting 57.8 percent5 form the floor and ranking second in the league in assists with 5.8 assists per outing.
 
Jett Sternberger follows with 13.7 ppg while Kyle Leslie is adding 11.2 per contest, with both players shooting 40 percent of better form beyond the arc.
 
Clouet also leads the way on the boards with 5.2 rebounds per game, with Leslie and Robert Briley each averaging for or more.
 
The Wonder Boys enter with a 14-4 record overall on the season and a 10-2 mark in league play
 
ATU comes in as the number five scoring offense in the GAC, led by Taelon Peter's 19.8 ppg, while Josh Mitchell is pulling down a team-best 6.5 rebounds per outing.
 
Harding comes into the weekend with a record of 8-10 on the season overall and 5-7 in the GAC.
 
Rylie Marshall leads the way on offense for the Bisons with 15.2 ppg, while Sam Smith is hauling in 7.1 rebounds per outing.
 
Keyln McBride paces the team in assists with 3.9 per game.
