DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern women's basketball is set to open the home portion of its 2024-25 schedule on Nov. 13 when it welcomes Northeastern State for a 5:30 p.m. matchup in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

The Savage Storm come into the midweek matchup with a 1-1 record after splitting a pair of game at the GAC-NSIC Challenge in Alva, Okla.

SE will renew its rivalry with the Riverhawks for the first time since 2017 when the Storm took the matchup 72-59.

Southeastern was paced on its opening weekend by
Caitlin Kobiske who shot 53.1 percent from the floor and 87.5 percent from the free throw line on her way to averaging 24.5 points per game, including a 35-point effort in the team's win over Minnesota Duluth.

She is joined in double0figures through two outings by
Kenzli Warden and
Holli Lindley.

Warden is putting up 15.0 ppg while shooting 50.0 percent from the field, while Lindley is averaging 12.5 per outing while hitting 58.8 percent overall and knocking down five threes over two games.

Warden also leads the team in rebounds with 5.5 per game, while
Stevie Stinchcomb is right behind her with 5.0 per contest.

Stinchcomb also leads the team I assists with 3.0 assists per game.

NSU comes to town with an 0-2 record on the young season with losses to Great American Conference foes Oklahoma Baptist and Southwestern Oklahoma State.

The Riverhawks are led by Alex Hill who is averaging 13.0 ppg as well as 6.5 rebounds per outing.

Grace Abercrombie is next in line offensively with 8.0 per game, while Aubrey Davis is dishing out 2.5 assists per game.
