DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern Oklahoma State looks to make it three wins in a row when they face Texas-Permian Basin at home on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 6:30 p.m.

Southeastern improved to 2-2 on the year with a 94-74 win over Arlington Baptist last time out. The Savage Storm had four players reach double-figure points in the win while shooting 57.1 percent from the field and holding the Patriots to just 38.0 percent shooting.
Elijah Hughey led the scoring efforts for the Storm against ABU with 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting. Hughey also dished out five assists and grabbed five rebounds in the win. The Dallas native is one of four players averaging double-digit points per game with 10.0 and is converting 41.7 percent (15-36) of his shots from the field.
After seeing a double-double, including 14 points and 14 rebounds,
Robert Briley leads the team with 6.8 rebounds per game. The Wright City, Oklahoma native is seeing 9.5 points per game while shooting at a high clip from the field at 61.5 percent (16-26).
Landon Condiff registered his second straight double-digit points game with 17 points last time out and ranks second on the team in scoring with 14.0 points per game.
Through four games, Southeastern leads the GAC in scoring, averaging 92.3 points per game. The Savage Storm has quickly established itself as one of the top three-point shooting teams, with 10.8 triples per game and 40.2 percent shooting from deep. Condiff leads the team in three-point shooting with 14 triples this season on 37.8 percent shooting and is averaging 3.5 three-pointers a game.
Southeastern and Texas-Permian Basin will share the court on Tuesday for the third time in the series after meeting last season. The series is split 1-1, with the SE winning the first meeting in 2016 79-62 and the Falcons evening the tie with a 104-74 meeting last season. Tuesday's contest will mark the first time the two sides have faced each other in the Bloomer Sullivan Arena.
PREVIEWING TEXAS-PERMIAN BASIN
The Falcons (3-1) began conference play in their last outing, picking up a 65-62 win over Angelo State at home. UTPB's lone defeat was at the South Central Regional Challenge to Adams State after the Falcons defeated Westminster (Utah) 75-71. Texas-Permian Basin was picked ninth in the Lone Star Preseason Poll at the start of the season after going 12-10 in conference games last year with a 17-11 overall record.
Alex Matthews paces the scoring for the Falcons with 18.8 points per game and leads the team at the glass with 6.5 rebounds per game. The senior forward had 17 points against Angelo State and has two 20-point contests this season, and is converting 429 percent of his shots from the floor and 85.7 percent at the free-throw line in 42 trips this season. Texas-Permian Basin is averaging 77.3 points per game as a team while shooting 46.2 percent from the field and 33.8 percent from the three-point line.
