SE Returns Home to Host Rangers on Monday Night

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern women's basketball returns home looking to bounce back from an overtime loss in its first conference road game as it hosts Northwestern Oklahoma State on Monday, Dec. 16 at 5:30 p.m. in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.
 
The Savage Storm dropped its first Great American Conference matchup of the year, dropping an 86-82 overtime battle versus Oklahoma Baptist on Thursday night in Shawnee, Okla., bringing its record to 2-1 in conference play and 5-4 overall.
 
In that contest, Caitlin Kobiske turned in her second 30-point scoring effort of the season, matching her season-high of 35 points, while lifting her season scoring average to 19.1 ppg while shooting 44.6 percent from the field and 83.1 percent from the free throw line.
 
Holli Lindley checks in next with 13.0 ppg on a 53.3 percent shooting effort, including a 38.5 percent performance from beyond the arc.
 
Kenzli Warden follows with 9.7 ppg, while Abbie Barr is chipping in 8.7 per outing.
 
Kobiske paces the Storm on the glass with 6.3 rebounds per game, while Stevie Stinchcomb is next in line with 5.2 per contest while also leading the team in assists with 2.3 per game.
 
NWOSU comes into he Monday matchup with a 5-4 record overall on the year and a 2-1 tally in GAC play, coming off a 55-50 win over Southern Nazarene on Thursday.
 
Payton Jones leads a trio of double-digit scorers with 14.3 ppg, while Kennedy Hight and Kira bass are adding 12.0 and 10.2 ppg, respectively.
 
Hight leads the team in assists with 4.1 per outing, while Camille Thomas is bringing in a team-best6.1 rebounds per game.
