DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern is set to tip-off the 2025-26 season when it travels to Winona, Minn., to first face off with host Winona State at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 followed by a 4 p.m. matchup with Minnesota-Duluth on Nov. 15.

Coming off a run to the conference tournament finals and outplaying its preseason prediction by five spots, Southeastern women's basketball will enter the 2025-26 season picked to finish fourth in the Great American Conference Preseason Poll.

Southeastern returns second team All-GAC selection
Kenzli Warden who was second on the team in scoring a season ago with 14.2 ppg, including a conference tournament blowup that saw her score 63 points over three games.

The Storm return two other starters in
Abbie Barr who averaged 6.5 ppg and 2.4 assists, as well as
Stevie Stinchcomb who dished out 2.7 assists per game and pulled down 4.5 rebounds per outing.

In all, SE returns six of the 10 players who saw action in more than 20 games.

Southeastern will also add eight newcomers to the mix as the program signed eight new freshmen in the offseason, spread evenly across the front and back court.

WSU heads into the season-opening weekend picked to finish 12
th overall in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and sixth in the league's south division.

The Warriors put together an 11-17 record a year ago with a 7-15 mark in league play which was good for a 12
th-place finish last season.

Hailey Markworth returns to lead the squad after averaging 11.2 ppg, 4.7 rpg, and 2.0 assists per game a season ago.

UMD enters the season picked to finish eighth overall in the NSIC and third in the North Division after putting together a 10-18 record a season ago with an 8-14 mark in league play which was good for a 10
th-place league finish.

The Bulldogs are led by Lexi Large who returns after averaging 11.0 ppg, 6.1 rpg and 1.5 assists per game last season.
