Kilburn Earns GAC Player of the Week Award

DURANT, Okla. – Tori Kilburn closed out the second week of her collegiate career by picking up Great American Conference Player of the Week honors following her performance in a pair of wins over Cameron and Arkansas-Fort Smith last week.
 
Kilburn, a freshman from McAlester, Okla., averaged 21.0 points and 8.5 rebounds in wins against Cameron and Arkansas-Fort Smith.
 
She went 6-for-11 from the field against the Aggies and added six assists.
 
Against the Lions, she was 7-of-11 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds for her first double-double of the season. She added three assists and two steals.
 
Kilburn and the Savage Storm will be back in action Tuesday night when it travels to Wichita Falls, Texas, to take on Midwestern State at 6 p.m.
