DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern piled up 28 runs on 30 hits over a Tuesday afternoon doubleheader, taking the opener over Randall 13-0 before completing the sweep with a 15-1 victory in game two at Mike Metheny Field.

The win lifts the Savage Storm record to 14-21 overall on the year.

Southeastern racked up 16 extra base hits on the afternoon, seven of them home runs.
Â
Antonio Crews piled up three hits to lead the offense, while
Jake Miller,
Coby Grimsley, and
Alex Showalter each collected a pair of hits.

Austin Thorp,
Wesley Mitchell,
Chase Keeton, and
Ryan Kirk each added one.
Â
Miller and Kirk finished with three RBI in the contest and Thorp followed with two. Poole, Grimsley, Crews, Showalter each drove in one.

Miller and Crews each had a pair of doubles, while Showalter added a double as well.

Ryan Rauss got the start and tossed 3.2 scoreless innings, allowing two hits and striking out six.

Corbin Lingo followed with 1.1 scoreless innings without allowing a hit with two strikeouts to pick up the win.

Parker Pecina struck out two in an inning before
Austin Hillebrandt came in and allowed a hit without giving up a run in one inning of work.

SE sent 13 batters to the plate in the first inning with Thorp and Miller each driving in a pair of runs, while Poole, Grimsley, and Showalter each drove in a run as the Storm piled up a 7-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning.

Neither team would get back on the board until the fifth inning when Southeastern tacked on two more runs as Showalter singled home Crews and Thorp drove in Showalter to push the lead to 9-0.

Miller drove in a run in the sixth followed by a Crews sac fly and a two-run single by Kirk to set the final score at 13-0.

In the nightcap, Miller, Poole, and
Isaac Shaw each had three hits, while Keeton, Crews, and
Gage Dollins had two apiece.

Showalter and Mitchell each had a hit.

Miller and Dollins each homered twice, while Mitchell, Crews, and Poole each homered once.

Keeton added a pair of doubles, while Poole and Shaw had one apiece.

Luke Johnson got the start and the win in a planned staff outing, allowing a hit and striking out two in two innings.

Dollins connected on a two-run shot in the third inning and Keeton added an RBI double to push the lead to 8-0.

RU picked up a run in the top of the fourth, but the Storm responded when Dollins crushed his second homer, a three-run shot to right to push the lead to 11-1.

Shaw drove in a run in the bottom of the fifth and Miller blasted a three-run homer to left in the sixth to make the final score 15-1.
