Wesley Mitchell and
Chase Keeton each collected three this and
Carter Olson homered twice but it was not enough lift Southeastern past Arkansas Tech as the Savage Storm season came to an end on Saturday morning in a 20-10 loss to Arkansas Tech in the Great American Conference Tournament in Enid, Okla.

The loss brings SE's season to a close with a 22-30 record overall.

Mitchell and Keeton finished the contest with three hits each, with Keeton logging a home run and Mitchell picking up a double.

Olson posted a pair of hits, both home runs, while
Jake Miller,
Colton Sagely,
Austin Thorp, and
Gage Dollins each added a hit.
Â
Olson finished with five RBI, while Keeton drove in four and Mitchell added one.

Ryan Rauss got the start and took the loss after allowing seven runs on four hits in two-thirds of an inning before handing to
Carson Abbott who was tagged for five runs on three hits without recording an out.

Tristan Mills finished the inning, allowing a pair of runs on a hit in one-third of an inning.

Luke Johnson tossed the next two innings, allowing a run on a hit before handing to
Corbin Lingo who tossed 1.2 innings and allowed three runs, two earned, on one hit.

Ryan Farquharson logged one-third of an inning to end the inning without allowing a run, and
Austin Hillebrandt tossed the final inning, allowing two runs on three hits.

The Storm found itself in a hole early as ATU put up 14 runs on eight hits in the bottom of the first inning to take the lead.

The deficit hit 15-0 in the second inning, but the Storm responded in the top of the third, first on an RBI double by Mitchell.
Â
That was followed by a two-run single off the bat of Keeton and a batter later by a two-run Olson homer to close the gap to 15-5.

The Wonder Boys picked up another run in the fourth but again the Storm had an answer in the next half inning as Olson connected on a three-run shot, cutting the score to 16-8 midway through the fifth.

ATU followed with two runs each in the bottom of the fifth and sixth innings, pushing its lead to 20-8.

Keeton hit a two-run homer down the right-field line in the top of the seventh to close the gap to 20-10, but that was where the Storm scoring ended, bringing the game to an early end.
