Storm Women Face Tigers Thursday, Rangers Monday

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern opens the second weekend of its road series with a road trip to face off with rival East Central on Thursday, Jan. 22 at 5:30 p.m. in Ada, Okla., and are schedule to close out the weekend with a game at Northwestern Oklahoma State that has been postponed due to weather in the region and is now schedule for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26 in Alva, Okla.
 
The Savage Storm head into the weekend with a 5-11 record overall and a 2-8 mark in Great American Conference play.
 
SE continues to be paced by freshman phenom Tori Kilburn who is averaging 17.5 ppg while shooting 55.4 percent from the floor and adding 6.1 rebounds per contest and a team-high 2.75 assists.
 
Kenzli Warden is next in line with 14.9 ppg on the year while leading the way on the boards with 6.4 rebounds per outing.
 
Southeastern has four players averaging between 6.4 and 6.9 ppg, led by Abbie Barr and joined by Stevie Stinchcomb, Mackenzie Espinosa, and Akiera Hawk.
 
Warden and Kilburn pace the glass for SE and Kilburn's 2.75 assists per game leads the team, while Stinchcomb, Barr, and Hawk are handing out two-or-more per game.
 
The Tigers come into the contest at 7-7 on the season overall and 3-7 in GAC play.
 
Katie Edelen leads the way for ECU with 11.7 ppg, while Rylie Burnett is adding 10.6 per game.
 
Edelen leads the way for ECU on the boards with 7.0 rebounds per contest, while Eva Fernandez is handing out a team-best 3.5 assists per contest.
 
NWOSU comes into the weekend ranked No. 25 in the nation with a 13-3 record overall on the year and an 80-2 mark in conference play.
 
The Rangers are led by Kira bass with 18.6 ppg and 9.1 rebounds per outing, while Conley Cayot is handing out a team-best 2.6 assists per game.
