DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern avenged its loss earlier this season to the Wonder Boys with a 61-47 win over Arkansas Tech at home behind 20 points from
Deondre Dunn.

SE shot 50.0 precent form the three-point line with six triples in the second half and finished 9-19 for the game. The Savage Storm converted 42.9 percent from the floor, while holding ATU to 37.7 percent shooting from the field and 5-22 from deep. The blue and gold held the edge at the glass 34-to-32 and forced 15 ATU turnovers.

Dunn led all scorers with 20 points on 7-18 shooting and added four steals and a block to his totals.
Santiago Camacho Gomez recorded a team-high five steals to match his career-high and had 11 points.
Ethan Scott rounded out scoring with 11 points on 3-of-6 shooting from the three-point line, while
Pablo Jimenez led the side with eight rebounds. Â

The Storm flew out to a 7-0 advantage behind a Scott three-pointer to force an early timeout from Arkansas Tech at the 17:40 mark. The two sides traded baskets out of the break, Â and a Camacho Gomez triple kept it a seven-point gap, 12-5. SE held its edge over the next three minutes before building a 7-0 run featuring a second three-pointer by Scott to grow its lead to 21-9.

However, after weathering the Storm's fast start, the Wonder Boys began to find their footing in the game with a basket at 7:59 to end the blue and gold's run of scores. ATU soon exploded on a 10-0 run to close out the final six minutes of the half to shrink the Southeastern lead to 23-21 at the break.

Dunn sparked a quick start to the second half for the blue and gold, opening the scoring with a three-pointer, and he followed with a second triple moments later to push the Storm in front 31-23. SE remained dialed in from beyond the arc in the first ten minutes of the half, with Dunn and Scott making back-to-back triples on a 13-0 run that featured eight points by Dunn to extend the lead to 46-27.

SE continued to let fly from deep, as Camacho Gomez and
Augusto Toledo joined in with triples, 58-40. The Storm and Wonder Boys would match each other in scoring over the next three and a half minutes, as Southeastern went on to win 61-47.
