DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern's
Tori Kilburn picked up Great American Conference Freshman of the Year honors and joined
Kenzli Warden in picking up All-conference recognitions as the league announced its end of season awards on Wednesday night.

Kilburn becomes the first specialty award winner since Karie Webb was named GAC Player of the Year in 2020 and she becomes the second GAC Freshman of the Year honoree ever for the program, joining Briley Moon from 2019.

The McAlester, Okla., native also added First Team All-GAC honors after leading the team in scoring and finishing third in the conference with 19.6 ppg while shooting a league-best 54.9 percent from the field.

Kilburn also finished fifth in the league in rebounds with 7.7 rebounds per game while adding 76 assists, 43 steals and 28 blocked shots.

Kenzli Warden picked up Second Team All-GAC honors after the Tecumseh, Okla, native posted 15.9 ppg which ranked seventh in the league in scoring.

She was also a top-10 rebounder with 6.8 rebounds per outing while adding 51 assists, 28 steals, and 18 blocked shots.

Warden was also named to the GAC Academic Honor Roll where she was joined by
Abbie Barr,
Akiera Hawk, and
Brenna Howard, all of whom were sophomores or high in classification and earned 3.5 GPA's or higher.

Southeastern will next be in action on Friday, March 6 at 5:45 pm when it faces Henderson State it he opening round of the Great American Conference Tournament held at Northside Arena in Fort Smith, Ark.
