Jerry Beagley
Jerry Beagley graduated from Medicine Lodge High School in Medicine Lodge, Kan, where he competed in the National High School Rodeo Association and the Little Britches Rodeo Association.

He started his collegiate career at Fort Hays State and won the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Bareback Riding Championship and the Central Plains Region Bareback Riding and the Bull Riding championship in 1974 before transferring to Southeastern. In 1976 Beagley was instrumental in SE gaining the first of many NIRA Men's Championships.  He made the whistle in the bull riding and that is what it took for Southeastern to win its first men's team championship.  In 1977, Jerry went on to win the NIRA Champion bull riding honors, Central Plains Region Bull Riding championship, and the All-Around cowboy at the CNFR. He would graduate from Southeastern with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration

Beagley has since developed a successful wholesale and manufacturing company of western tack and equipment, which earned him the honors of being the leading importer and exporter small business in the state of Oklahoma in 2002. He also serves on the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association as a director and on the scholarship committee. In 2016 Beagley was awarded the NIRA alumni of the Year honor.

He has two children, Martha and Brian, and four grand-children; William Hayden Brown, Kennedy Brown, Benjamin Beagley, and Mason Beagley.

Ronnie Bowman
Ronnie Bowman is a native of Durant, Okla., and graduated Durant High School prior to starting his career with SE.  He entered high school and college rodeos from 1960-1964.  He was a member of the Little "D" Rodeo Club which was formed at Southeastern.

Bowman enlisted in in the U.S. Army Reserve in 1963, and would ultimately return for one semester and graduate in 1964 with a General Business degree.

He hit the rodeo trail hard in the International Rodeo Association from 1963-64 in both the Calf Roping and Bull Riding.  Bowman earned his RCA card for 1965 and qualified for the National Finals Rodeo in the Bull Riding his first year. He went on to qualify for the National Finals Rodeo in 1965-1967-1969-and-1970.

Bowman won the Bull Riding at the Houston rodeo in 1974 and was awarded the George Paul Memorial "Great Guy" Award at the 1970 National Finals Rodeo by his peers.

His traveling partner was the great Freckles Brown.  Bowman married Judy Howard on August 7, 1965 and they have two daughters Marci Bowman Jackson and Jeana Bowman Holt. He and his wife now reside on their 600-acre ranch in Durant.

Olie Smith
Olie Smith was born into a rodeo family to Blanche Altizer and Bud Smith and at a young age he was not really interested in riding a horse. But by the age of 12 you could not keep him off one.  Smith loved playing football as well which kept him from going a lot to junior rodeos.

In 1976 Smith and his cousin Mack were the Texas High School Team Roping Champions. He followed that by attending Southeastern and was instrumental in winning the Men's Team championships from 1978-1980.  His partner and fellow SE Rodeo Hall of Famer Tee Woolman were crowned the NIRA Team roping champions in 1978.

He won multiple rodeos, including San Antonio, Reno, and Fort Worth as well as the All-Aorund and the $50,000 prize in steer wrestling at the Carlgary Stampede. He qualified for the NFR in 1985 and 1995, winning the prestigious timed event championship in 1995.

Smith had some great teammates at SE such as John Davis, Rick Bradley, and Steve Bland, who he named one of his twin girls after. He was coached by another World Champion and SE Hall of Famer Betty Gayle Cooper Ratliff.

Lori Primrose Shoulders
Lori Primrose Shoulders is a native of Tucumcari, N.M. and grew up rodeoing with her two sisters, LaDawn, who was a member of the SE rodeo team, and Koell. She was crowned the NHSRA All-Around Cowgirl and has held five additional National High School rodeo titles.

Through her high school and college career, Shoulders won 29 saddles and two horse trailers with her performances in the arena. In 1977, she won the NHSRA All-Around Cowgirl, Breakaway Roping, and the Goat Tying competition. In 1980, she was the Central Plains Region All-Around Cowgirl and won the women's Team Championship with teammates Sabrina Pike and Cindy Perrin.
