All Student-Athletes are responsible for purchasing an insurance policy that meets all SE Oklahoma State University and SE Athletics requirements. This insurance must at a minimum, be active from August 1-May 31 of the year you are participating in, must provide coverage for the intercollegiate sport you participate in (American Football is typically excluded by International Student Policies), and will verify your policy with SE Athletics. Any injury or illness not covered by the Student-Athletes insurance policy or any lapse in coverage resulting in a denial of claims will be the financial responsibility of the Student-Athlete.
