Ryan Bowen joined the baseball coaching staff in the fall of 2012.
 
Bowen returns to Southeastern after spending three seasons on staff at Carl Albert State where he helped guide the team to some of its most successful seasons in recent years.  Over three seasons he coached the first NJCAA All-American in five seasons, two academic All-Americans as well as multiple all-region honors.
 
The team also advanced to a regional final in 2011, and the 2012 season was the most wins for the club in nearly a decade.
 
Before heading to CASC, Bowen was a standout for Southeastern in the 2008 and 20099 baseball seasons.  He was SE’s 2009 Male Athlete of the Year and earned athletic and academic All-Lone Star Conference honors in 2009.
 
Before coming to Southeastern he was named the Region II Player of the Year in 2007 for Carl Albert State where he also earned All-American honors as a sophomore and was a two-time all-region honoree.
 
Bowen, and his wife Alyssa, live in Durant.
