Molly Franks

Molly Franks took over as Southeastern's head coach in the summer of 2018, stepping into the role after serving the latter half of the 2017-18 season as the interim coach.

As the interim coach, she helped lead the Savage Storm to its second-ever team championship appearance and ultimately its best national finish of 10th.

Franks turned pro in 2015 and began doing Monday Qualifiers for LPGA Events.

Throughout 2016 - 2017 she became a member of the Cactus and Symetra Tours, and competed in the LPGA Q-School in the summer of 2016.

She ended her professional golfing career in the summer of 2017 after suffering an injury.

Before going pro, she started her college career at Western Texas College from 2011-2012 before moving on to Jacksonville College from 2012 – 2013 where she was captain of the golf team, and finished in top 30 at NJCAA National Tournament.

From there she moved on to the University of Arkansas Fort Smith from 2013 – 2015, and was the captain her senior season.

The Sherman, Texas, native received a BS in Criminal Justice at Arkansas-Fort Smith and most recently completed a master's in Athletic Administration and Sports Science at Southeastern.

She currently resides in Sherman with her dog, Baxter.
