Prior to SE... played her first two season at Cerritos JC in California... was a second team All-Southern California... batted .439 and led the state in stolen bases with 42... a two-time 1st Team All-South Coast Conference selection... had a 16-game hitting streak during the season and led the team in hits (58) and runs scored (46)... had 19 multiple-hit games during the season, which included a 4-for-4 game where she scored four runs and stole five bases against Grossmont College in the team's regular season finale... posted six three-hit games during the year... her .439 batting average was the 17th best in a season in school history, while her 42 stolen bases ranks her third, and her 58 hits puts her 20th on the school's single season list...
