- Placed fourth in the shot put with a personal best mark of 47' 1" (14.35m) at the C-USA Championships
- Runner up in the shot put at H-Town SpeedCity Series
- Earned All-Conference USA First Team accolades and third place finish at the indoor conference championships
- Placed third at the shot put Ted Nelson Invitational
- Runner-up at the North Texas Classic with a throw of 45' 11.75
- Personal best at 17th place at the C-USA Outdoor Championships and personal best hammer throw of 145-0 (44.19m)
- Finished fifth at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships with a personal-best shot put of 48-9.5
- Recorded a personal best in the weight throw at TTU Red Raider Open (16.11m)
- Personal best in the shot put at the Corky/Croofoot Shootout (15.26m)
