Scott Willman serves as the head athletic trainer and as assistant athletic director. He joined the University in 2000 as Head Athletic Trainer and was elevated to Assistant A.D. in 2010.

Willman earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of New Mexico in 1994 and his Masters of Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1996.

As head athletic trainer, he oversees the care, prevention and rehabilitation of Southeastern student-athletes. His athletic training department won the first ever Lone Star Conference Athletic Training Staff of the Year award in 2005-2006 then won the award again in 2007-2008.

As assistant athletic director, Willman oversees Southeastern's athletics facilities. He serves as the managing director for daily facilities services operations for the athletics department, including the daily management and personnel supervision for maintenance and special events as well as project oversight.
