Taylor Plaia-Bissell joined the sports performance staff in the spring of 2023 and was promoted to Director of Sports Performance in August of 2023, and works primarily with Football whiel assisting with Cheer and Sparks.

He transitions to SE after a stop as a graduate assistant at Northern Arizona where he worked with track and field as well as the swim team in addition to assisting with football.

Plaia-Bissell played played football at Harding from 2016-21 where he was a three-year starter and ranks third all-time in yards per carry and yards per play, and would make a move to the weight room where he served as the strength and conditioning intern for HU during the spring of 2022.

He would follow that stop with a stop in the summer of 2022 at Ole Miss where he interned with the football team.

He possesses NSCA-CSCS and FMS-L1 Certifications.

Plaia-Bissell received a bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning from Harding.
