DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern will set out with revenge in mind when it travels to Weatherford, Okla., for a matchup against Southwestern Oklahoma State on Oct. 14 at 7 p.m.

The Savage Storm come into the contest with an 11-8 mark overall and a 5-2 mark in Great American Conference play.

However, one of those two conference losses came in the league opener against SWOSU when SE lost 3-2 at home.

Southeastern is currently on a three-match winning streak and has won six of its last seven matches which included victories over Harding and Southern Nazarene who were both ranked above the Storm in the conference at the time.

SE is led by
Megan Kunkel on offense with 3.00 kills per set, while
Emily Gentle is right behind at 2.78 and
Julia Benford is at 2.26.

Alissa Benson leads the setters in guiding that offense with 8.14 assists per set.

Kelsey Zerkel leads the defense with 4.03 digs per set, while Kunkel,
Courtney Miller, and Gentle are each averaging over two dps.

Ariel Sanders leads the defense at the net with 53 blocks on the season, while Benford is right behind at 52 and Gentle behind her at 51.

The Bulldogs come into the contest at 5-10 overall and 3-5 in GAC play and are in the midst of a four-match losing streak.

SWOSU is led by Carly Zak who is averaging 3.05 kills per set, while Mandy Mader is dishing out a team-best 7.81 assists per set.

Kaila Lancaster leads the back-row defense with 4.60 digs per set and Kiley Brennfoerder paces the net with 57 total blocks.
