DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern men's basketball will close out the home portion of its fall schedule on Dec. 8 when it welcomes Dallas Baptist for a 7:30 p.m. matchup in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

The Savage Storm will be looking to end a three-game losing skid that has dropped them to 4-4 overall on the year.

SE will follow that matchup with a Dec. 29 exhibition contest at Division I Southern Mississippi and close out the fall on Dec. 31 with a road game to No. 9 Tarleton State at 4 p.m. in Stephenville, Texas.

The Storm are reeling a bit after back-to-back Great American Conference losses on the road to Ouachita Baptist and Henderson State which moved their league record to 2-2.

Southeastern is still paced on offense by
Sami Bzai who is turning in 19.4 ppg while shooting 44.8 percent from the floor and 46.0 percent from behind the arc.

He's joined in double-figures by
Anton Cook who is averaging 15.0 ppg while hitting 47.0 percent from the floor and 38.2 percent from long range.

Nathan Jackson is also in double-digits with 10.3 ppg, doing so while shooting 62.3 percent from the floor and leading the Storm on the glass with 7.6 rebounds per game.

Cook is dishing out a team-high 3.4 assists per game, while Bzai is right behind at 3.1 per outing.

SE is shooting 44.5 percent from the floor and 33.3 percent from long range as a team, but is allowing its opponents to shoot 43.8 percent and hit 31.8 percent from behind the arc.

The Storm is averaging 79.1 ppg, but after the last two outings has seen its points allowed climb to 80.9 per game.

DBU comes to town with a 5-2 mark on the season and has won its last three games over USAO, Cameron and Arlington Baptist.

Five players who have played in all seven games are averaging in double-figures as the team is averaging 95.3 ppg.

Myles Johnson paces the club at 16.0 ppg, hitting 47.7 percent from behind the arc, while Joey Miller is right on his tail at 15.9 ppg while hitting 43.2 percent from three-point range.

Amari Bryant, Shannon Lilly and Patrick Burke are each averaging double-figures as well.

Burke leads the team with 6.3 rebounds per game, while Miller is dishing out 4.7 assists per contest.
