Dickinson Earns Honorable Mention All-GAC Honors

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Southeastern's Chandler Dickinson was tabbed to the All-GAC Honorable Mention team. Additionally, Santiago Camacho Gomez and Jalen Williams made the GAC Academic Honor Roll.
 
Dickinson leads the Savage Storm in scoring with 13.5 points per game and has recorded 19 double-digit point games this season, including five 20-point contests. Among those is a career-high 29 points scored against Southern Arkansas to help defeat the Muleriders 96-87. The Rockwall, Texas native, ended the regular season ninth in the GAC in points per game and eighth in total points scored (377).
 
The redshirt-senior is converting at a 45.9 percent (139-303) clip from the field this season and shooting 28.9 percent (39-135) from the three-point line. In addition to his scoring duties, Dickinson has registered 63 assists, 144 rebounds (5.1 rpg), and is tied for a team-high 12 blocks. Dickinson is one of two players to start and play every game this season and leads the team with 34.3 minutes per game.
 
Southeastern gets set for its first-round clash with Harding at the GAC Tournament on Friday, March 6, at 2:15 p.m. from the Northside Arena in Fort Smith, Ark.
