DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern embarks on its last two-game road swing of the season when it makes the eastward trip to Monticello, Ark., for a Feb. 12 matchup with Arkansas-Monticello at 7:30 p.m. before taking on Harding on Feb. 14 in Searcy, Ark., at 3 p.m.

The Savage Storm head into the road trip with an 11-11 record overall and a 7-7 mark in Great American Conference play.

SE is coming off a 65-61 win over Henderson State and has won four of its last five games, lifting itself to sixth-place in the league standings just a half game behind Southern Nazarene.

A trio of double-digit scorers leads the Storm with
Danny Powell pacing the club with 15.6 ppg which is sixth best in the league, while
Taylor Smaller is right behind with 15.2 ppg in seventh.

Sami Bzai is averaging 10.8 ppg and has become one of the conference's most accurate three-point shooters while making 44.0 percent of his attempts.

Smaller is eighth in the GAC in assists with 3.5 per game while SE as a team is fourth with 13.9 assist per contest.

Darius Harris leads the team on the glass and is second in the conference with 9.1 rpg, while Powell enters the top-10 in the conference with 6.9 per game.

The Storm defense is the most prolific shot-blocking squad in the GAC at 4.8 blocks per game as a team, led by
Antonio Worthy's conference-leading 1.7 per game, while Harris and
Trevor Jackson are also in the top 10.

UAM comes into the contest off back-to-back wins but have lost seven of their last nine overall, putting them at 7-13 overall and 3-12 in GAC play which is 11
th.

SE put together one of its worst second-half performances of the season in the first meeting between the two schools, shooting 29.6 percent while letting the Boll Weevils hit 67.9 percent and UAM left Durant with the 85-61 win.

The Weevils are led by Sharif Hudson's 15.2 ppg which is ninth best in the conference, while also leading the team in rebounds with 6.5 per outing.

HU enters the weekend with a 12-9 record overall and a 10-5 mark in league play which is good for a tie for second.

When the teams met in Durant it was the Storm who rallied from a double-digit second-half deficit and then held off a late Bisons charge for a 71-67 win.

The Bisons are led on offense by Andraz Kavas who is second in the conference with 19.7 ppg, while also leading the team on the glass with 7.2 rpg.
