ARKADELPHIA, Ark.  – Southeastern collected just three hits as Ouachita Baptist handed the Savage Storm an 11-0 loss on Saturday afternoon in Arkadelphia, Ark.

The loss dropped SE to 7-7 overall on the year and 3-4 in Great American Conference play heading into a Sunday double-header slated for a noon first pitch.

Corban Taylor and
Chance Burcham each collected a hit in the loss.

Nick Johnson got the start on the hill and suffered the loss after tossing 4.1 innings and allowing 11 runs, eight earned, on eight hits with a pair of strikeouts.

Mathew Benedict,
Storm Griffin, Jonathon Dailey and
Cody Luman combined for 1.2 innings of scoreless work with only Benedict allowing any hits.

OBU opened up a 1-0 lead in the first and pushed it to 4-0 in the fourth.

A seven-run fifth by the Tigers would push the score to 11-0 which would hold to be the final in a run-rule seven inning game.
