EDMOND, Okla.  – Southeastern returned to action after an off weekend with a single game against Oklahoma Christian, but found itself on the wrong end of a 5-1 score on Monday afternoon in Edmond, Okla.

The loss drops the Savage Storm to 13-17 overall heading into a Tuesday midweek matchup against Rogers State on Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. at The Ballpark in Durant.

On Monday,
Collin Sefcik provided the bulk of the SE offense in a 3-for-3 plate performance with a solo homer to account for the team's run.

Kaleb Thomas and
Conner Koepp each added a hit in the effort to get the Storm to five on the day.

Dylan Linke took the loss on the hill after tossing 6.0 innings and allowing four runs on nine hits with eight strikeouts.

Brady Colbert tossed one inning in relief and allowed a run on three hits before
Logan Terwilliger come on for the final inning and struck out one and faced four batters.

The Eagles got a solo home in the second, an RBI single in the third and a two-run homer in the sixth to open up a 4-0 lead over SE.

Sefcik answered with a solo shot in the seventh, but OC added another run in the bottom of the seventh and SE was unable to close the gap any further.
