DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern's men's team celebrated senior day in style with a 7-2 win over Collin County CC at the Southeastern Tennis Complex.

The win lifts them to 11-2 overall on the season heading into a Tuesday rescheduled match against rival East Central at 2 p.m. in Ada, Okla.

Savage Storm seniors
Maksim Fil and
Tiago Ferreira were honored pre-match despite their being two home matches remaining on the schedule.

SE swept doubles play as the seniors teamed up for an 8-6 win at the number one position, while
Alberto Blesa and
Netanel Alcabas followed with an 8-6 win at number two.

Petar Popovic and
Jack Gibbens rounded out the sweep with an 8-5 win at the number three position.

Fil continued his run in singles play with a 6-3, 6-2 win at number one which was followed at number two by an Alcabas 7-6, 6-3 win which clinched the match with a 5-0 lead.

CCCC would get a point back with a win at number three, but Gibbens answered with a 4-6, 6-3, 11-9 win at number four.

Popovic made the score 7-1 with a 6-3, 6-3 win at number five, but CCCC would steal its second point with a win at number six.
