FT. SMITH, Ark. – Southeastern closed out the 2017 regular season schedule on the wrong end of a 3-0 loss at Arkansas-Ft. Smith on Friday afternoon in Ft. Smith, Ark.

The loss drops the Savage Storm to 13-19 overall on the year heading into the Great American Conference Tournament where they will enter as the eighth seed and take on top-seeded Arkansas Tech at 5 p.m. on Nov. 16 in Hot Springs, Ark.

Jameson and Baker led the offense for SE, with Jameson turning in 12 kills and Baker right behind with 10. Caroline Griffith was right behind Baker with nine while hitting .333.

Alissa Benson dished out 32 assists and added a kill on offense, while chipping in three blocks and three digs defensively.

Caitlin Cosby once again led the Storm defense with 15 digs, while Jameson added 11 and Kristi Carter turned in nine.

Benson's three blocks led the net defense, while Griffith added a pair.

Southeastern dropped the first set 25-19, following it up with a 25-20 loss in set two before ultimately falling 25-19 again in the final set to finalize the 3-0 loss. Â
