Abby Jameson turned in 10 kills to lead Southeastern, but it was not enough to lift the Savage Storm past Oklahoma Baptist in a 3-0 loss on Tuesday night in Shawnee, Okla.

The loss drops SE to 7-20 overall on the season and 3-12 in Great American Conference play heading into the season finale against rival East Central on Nov. 1 at Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium.

Jameson finished the match with 10 kills to pace the offense, while
Hallie Smith and
Taylor Robinson were next in line with seven apiece.

Sydney Meget dished out 28 assists to trigger the offense while adding a kill, a block and six digs.

On defense,
Caitlin Cosby led the way with 11 digs across the back row, while Jameson and Smith each added two blocks.

In the opening set, the Bison reeled off a 7-1 run to start and the Storm was unable to recover in a 25-16 loss.

The teams traded early runs in the second set and SE closed to within three points late, but OBU would take the set 25-20 for a 2-0 lead.

After falling behind early, the Storm used a 7-2 run late in an attempt to rally, but were unable to close the gap entirely, falling 25-25 in the set and 3-0 on the match.
