ADA, Okla. – Southeastern piled up 22 hits over two games en route to completing a season sweep of rival East Central, taking Tuesday's first game 8-2 before finishing off the day with a 10-5 victory in Ada, Okla.

The wins lift the Savage Storm to 30-18 overall on the year and 24-11 in Great American Conference play. The win secures SE a spot in the conference tournament.

Elexis Watson turned in a pair of hits in the opener to lead the offense, while the two-through-seven spots in the lineup recorded a hit each.

One of those hits was a grand slam by
Karsyn Brigance to account for four RBI, while
Symphoni Shomo,
Destiny Riddle,
Sydnee Hinkle, and
Augusta Duty each added an RBI.

Kelsey Meeks picked up her 25
th win on the season after tossing a complete game and allowing two runs on eight hits with one strikeout.

ECU opened with two runs in the bottom of the first inning to take an early lead, with Hinkle answering in the top of the second with a solo homer to cut the deficit to 2-1.

An RBI double by Shomo would drive in Watson to tie the game in the top of the third, while Brigance would close out the inning after SE loaded the bases by connecting on a grand slam to break open the game at 6-2.

Duty and Riddle would each drive in a run in the top of the sixth to push the lead to 8-2 which would be the final.

In the nightcap, Watson, Riddle,
Keeshia Thompson, and Hinkle each connected on a pair of hits.

Watson drove in four runs in the game, while
Mykaela Wallace added a trio of runs batted in, with Riddle plating two and Brigance driving in one.

Riddle tossed a complete game to record the victory after allowing five runs, just two earned, on six hits with three strikeouts.

Riddle, Brigance, and Wallace each drove in a run in the top of the first to open up a 3-0 lead.

The Tigers got a run back in the second, but SE answered again in the third, first on a Wallace RBI double, followed by a two-run Watson double and a Riddle RBI to open up 7-1 lead.

ECU would get another run back in the third but another two-run Watson double pushed the lead to 9-2 midway through the fourth.

A Wallace sac fly in the top of the fifth would push the lead to 10-2, but ECU would get two runs back in the bottom of the fifth and add another in the seventh to close the final gap to 10-5 in favor of the Storm.
