WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Southeastern was plagued by errors on Tuesday night in Weatherford, Okla., suffering a 3-0 loss to conference-rival Southwestern Oklahoma State.

The loss dropped the Savage Storm to 5-11 overall on the year and 1-3 in Great American Conference play heading into a Sept. 21 matchup with Northwestern Oklahoma State at Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium.

SE had a hard time getting the offense moving on Tuesday and finished nearly even in kills to errors ratio, with 26 kills to 24 errors on the match, finishing with a ,018 hitting percentage.

Abby Jameson paced the offense with eight kills on the night, with
Arianna Baker next in line with five.

Sydney Meget led the Storm setters with 20 assists while adding five digs, with
Jodi Dixon posting four assists and three digs.

Caitlin Cosby led all defenders with 15 digs on the contest, while Jameson was right behind with 11, while
Hallie Smith and Meget each added a block.

An early 7-0 run by SWOSU in the first set left the Storm in a hole they could not get out of, dropping the set 25-15.

In the second set Southeastern would play to within a point at 14-13 before the Bulldogs used an 11-1 run to close out the set and hand SE a 25-14 loss and leave them in a 2-0 hole in the match.

The Storm were unable to find an answer in the third set, falling 25-15.
