The Savage Storm spent the first 10 games of the season climbing into the national polls and putting together an 8-2 record on the season which includes a 3-1 Great American Conference mark and two-straight wins heading into Tuesday's contest.

SE is looking to shake off any jet lag from its pre-Christmas road swing to the Hoops in Hawaii Invitational where it posted a 2-1 record with wins over Alaska-Anchorage and Colorado Mines, with an overtime loss to Simon Fraser as the only blemish on the trip.

Kevin Buckingham took home Tournament MVP honors after averaging 29.0 ppg, including a 46 point scoring effort against Alaska-Anchorage which ranks tied for the second-most points in a single game in GAC history.

He ranks in the top-five in the conference in scoring on the season with 22.0 ppg while leading all-five Storm starters in double-figures.

Kayo Goncalves is right behind with 14.3 ppg while
Adam Dworsky, who earned second team all-tournament honors in Hawaii, lifted his average to 13.0 ppg.

A'Torey Everett is putting up 12.4 ppg while
Kellen Manek is adding 11.3 per outing.

Dworsky continues to lead the nation in assists, but saw his average dip below double-figures as he is handing out 9.5 assist per outing and the Storm are dishing out 18.2 per game as a team.

SE is shooting 48.5 percent from the field as a team and 39.9 from three-point range while averaging 83.2 ppg.

Defensively the Storm is led by Goncalves who is pulling down 7.6 rebounds per game while Buckingham is right behind with 6.9 per game.

Buckingham is also averaging 1.9 steals per game and has six blocked shots.

Friends comes into the contest with an 8-6 record on the season but are enjoying a three-game winning streak.

The Falcons are led by James Conley who is averaging 17.6 ppg to lead a group of four averaging in double figures.

Davonte Pack leads the team on the boards with 5.0 rpg, while Conley is handing out a team-best 3.4 assists per game.
