DURANT, Okla. - In the most recent installment of SE Check in, Seth Dutton touches base with former Southeastern footballer Pat Howard.

Howard played two seasons for the Savage Storm in 2014 and 2015, tallying 62 career tackles and 3.5 sacks along the defensive front.

He would follow his playing career with a short move to the sidelines where he has taken on the role of coach.
