SE Checks In with Steven Kohli

DURANT, Okla. – In today's edition of SE Check In presented by First Texoma National Bank, former all-conference men's basketball standout Steven Kohli joins Seth Dutton to talk about his journey from El Paso, Texas, to Southeastern, navigating college with a family, and where the road has taken him since.
 
Kohli was a member of the Savage Storm from 2011-13 after transferring from Grayson County CC just across the Red River in Sherman, Texas.
 
He started 49 of the 56 games he played over those two seasons, earning All-Great American Conference honors as a senior in 2013.
 
Over his career he amassed 605 points, 403 rebounds, 76 assists and 40 blocked shots.
 
He would go on to earn a master's degree and has remained local, taking his coaching talents to Denison, Texas, where he works with girls basketball and cross country.
