Hannah Giger made two of three finals on her way to an All-Around Championship and leading eight women to finals appearances for the Savage Storm on its way to a team championship at the Betty Gayle Cooper Ratliff Memorial College Rodeo in Durant, Okla.

Giger turned in her best performance in the breakaway where she posted a 2.8 in the first round to finish second in the round and followed with a 2.7 in the finals, winning the round and taking the top spot in the average.

She would make the finals in the barrel racing as well, posting a 15.94 in the first round, finishing fifth in the round, but would miss out on a place in the finals and the average.

The Storm would send three finalists each in the barrels and the breakaway.

Casey Mathis and
Emma Ricke would join Giger in the finals of the Barrel racing, with Mathis posting a 15.82 to finish second in the round and advance to the finals where she would finish with a 16.17 to split sixth in the round and fourth/fifth in the average.

She would split that spot in the average with Ricke who opened the event with a 16.16 to split 10
th/11
th before coming back with a 15.83 in the finals which was good for second in the round.

Kieley Walz and
Kayleah Hurst would join Giger in the finals of the breakaway roping.
Â
Hurst would turn in a 3.2 in the first round to finish sixth in the round, but would break a barrier in the finals, clocking a 13.0 to finish sixth in the round and sixth in the average.

Walz turned in a 2.2 to split seventh/eight in the first round, but a no time in the finals would take her out of the average competition.

Tegan Tilley and Hurst would make the finals in the goat tying, with Tilley leading the way starting with a first-round run of 8.1 to split fifth/sixth before moving into the finals where an 8.2 would be good for first place in the round and second place in the average.

Hurst would make the finals after finishing second in the first round on a time of 7.5, but a 10.0 in the finals would drop her to seventh for the weekend.

Southeastern will be back in the arena Oct. 17-19 at the Oklahoma State Rodeo in Stillwater, Okla.
