DURANT, Okla. – The Southeastern Oklahoma State men's basketball team opens its home stand against Dallas Christian on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 7:30 in the Bloomer Sullivan Arena.

Southeastern will look to get back to winning ways on Saturday after going 0-2 at the GAC/NSIC Conference Challenge. The Savage Storm lost their season opener to No. 13 Minnesota-Duluth 115-81 and was outlasted by Minot State 77-69.
Freshman
DJ Dill led the scoring efforts for the blue-and-gold last time out with 41 points across the two contests, including a high of 25 versus Minot State. The Caddo, Okla. native is converting shots at a high clip through the first two games, shooting 50.0 percent (15-30) from the field and 62.5 percent (5-8) from beyond the arc. SE averaged 75.0 points per game at the weekend, shooting 42.0 percent from the field and 40.0 percent at the three-point line.
Daniel Halldorsson was the primary facilitator for the Storm offense, dishing out 13 assists over the two games while adding 21 points. Halldorsson's best outing at the GAC/NSIC Conference Challenge came against Minot State, where he recorded 13 points on 6-of-15 shooting, six rebounds and seven assists.
Santiago Camacho Gomez led last season's returners with 19 points and five rebounds, while
Landon Condiff registered 14 points with four triples.
Southeastern and Dallas Christian will share the court for the fifth time on Saturday, and the Storm have won all four of the previous meetings. Since head coach
Kelly Green took over in 2011, Southeastern has only lost its home opener once under his guidance and is 3-0 in its last three home openers.
PREVIEWING DALLAS CHRISTIAN
The Crusaders are 0-6 to start the season after falling on the road at Ouachita Baptist 95-70 on Thursday night. Scoring has not come easy for the Crusaders, as Dallas Christian had been held to less than 60 points in the last three games before going for 70 against the Tigers.
Senior guard Ny'gel Boozer leads the team in scoring with 21.5 points per game and is the only player for the Crusaders averaging double-digit points. Boozer is shooting at a high clip, converting 51.9 percent from the field and 55.2 percent from the three-point line with a team-high 16 triples. DCC is averaging 65.5 points per game as a team and shooting 39.1 percent from the field and 36.3 percent from deep.
